20% Rate Reduction and Distinguished Customer Service
For the first time in many years we contacted our independent agents and asked them to rate our customer service. Actually, we asked them to rate us in five areas: Customer Service, Underwriting, Claims, Endorsements & Policy Issuance. On a scale from 1-5 (5 being high) we received an unbelievable rating for all five categories of 4.8! We are thankful our agents place this level of trust in us and feel strongly about our service!

Compensation Insurance Trust Board of Trustees approved a 20% average rate decrease and a $1,000,000 dividend for the April 1, 2011 – March 31, 2012 policy period! We are excited about this opportunity to add additional members to the Trust. We currently write 670 members, but there are still many public water districts, cities, ambulance districts, etc. to add to the program and to our independent agent’s books of business. The Trust has been a stable market for our agents and members since 1992 and the future looks great!
