Charlene has been with Missouri Rural Services for a decade, succeeding veteran Jan Schnarre, who held the position for over 20 years before retiring in 2015. As the Accounting Clerk at Missouri Rural Services, Charlene is responsible for processing invoices, managing monthly broker statements, and overseeing agency accounts. Additionally, she serves as the accounts payable clerk for the companies underwritten by Missouri Rural Services.

In her free time, Charlene enjoys spending time with her granddaughter, gardening, cheering for the Kansas City Chiefs, and taking girls' trips a couple of times a year.
