Nikki Dysart graduated from William Woods University with a degree in Elementary Education. Immediately after graduation, she began working at State Farm Insurance, where she spent seven years in Auto Claims, honing her skills in customer service and claims processing. Nikki then transitioned to the role of Auto Underwriter for three years, gaining valuable experience in risk assessment and policy evaluation.
In 2009, Nikki pivoted her career to educate Missouri teachers about their retirement options. Over the next 13 years, she attended workshops and provided personalized retirement plans, significantly enhancing the knowledge of PSRS (certified) and PEERS (non-certified) members across the state.
In May 2022, Nikki joined Missouri Rural Services (MRS), initially handling tasks such as updating and emailing quotes, sending courtesy follow-up emails, and submitting endorsement requests for Tokio Marine HCC (TMHCC). By late 2023, she began learning Commercial Underwriting procedures, and in February 2024, she obtained her Insurance Producers License in Property and Casualty Insurance. Nikki continues to work as a Commercial Underwriter, leveraging her analytical skills to effectively assess and manage commercial risks.
